Poco to launch the F2 Pro in India?

Xioamies independent brand Poco are rumoured to launch a new phone in the coming month. This has been confirmed by none other than Poco India General Manager C Manmohanan in a recent interview. Poco recently launched the poco X2 in india recently which was a good phone at that price range. Poco has recently been stressing heavily about its inception in the country, given the rising anti-China sentiments among citizens.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Manmohan said that a new Poco device will launch in India in the next 20 to 25 days. “We are definitely going to launch a new phone soon… We want to ensure the philosophy we had is brought to different price ranges,” he added. While we are not sure which phone will be launched, the company could bring the Poco F2 pro to the indian market. The company is also reportedly working on a new phone called Poco M2 Pro and that may debut in India as well.

Apart from smartphones, Poco has also confirmed it is working on launching its first truly wireless earphones - Poco Pop Buds – in India.

The poco F2 pro cost around 499Eurr which is around 41,500.The phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor which supports 5G communication. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.It comes with a 6GB ram. As for the camera the Poco F2 Pro comes with a quad camera setup with 64MP primary camera, a second 13 MP camera, A third 5MP camera and a fourth 2MP camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a 20MP popup selfie camera.

It is powered by a 4700mAh non-removable battery and runs on Android 11.The connectivity options include wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac,Gps Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor and it also comes with face unlock.
